we’re a seasonal kitchen with sustainable food and scratch cooking at our core. almost everything that we serve is made daily in-house by our teams. more than half of all the food we buy is sourced within < 100 km’s of our restaurants, and while not everything in our shops is organic, there’s a lot of it. and we’re adding more every day.
we embrace food in it’s natural form. our menu is plant forward but we’re also proud to serve quality dairy, poultry and fish. we place emphasis on nutritional content over calorie counts and create dishes that are clean, colourful and light. we’re inspired by what’s available to us in a given season with a goal of creating food that’s delicious, vibrant and nourishing.
